The site was offline for 5 days while this happened. This is the only thing that has changed. It is very strange.

Yeah they both have the same side bar. They are both set to the CUSTOM page – this is what is confusing. It was working fine before but the site has been offline for a few days as I transferred the domain to the hosting site (was previously different companies). It is since the transfer that this has happened.
