Am also facing issue with WR Mega Menu and my theme uses Visual Composer. Did you just disable Visual Composer for WR Mega Menu but keep it running for other components. If yes, could you please detail steps as my WR mega menu is not picking up sub-menu and not showing up columns settings properly.
