Hi nathvi,
Thank you for the quick response! Here are the results of the three checks you requested:
- Re-validate MailPoet key:
Yes, I already did this. I temporarily changed it to another key to clear the session, and then re-entered and re-validated my main MailPoet key. The key is currently active and validated, but the error persists. - Task Scheduler Connection:
The Task Scheduler section clearly shows “Connection successful” with a green bar. The Cron status is running, but it keeps showing the error log: “Sending is waiting to be retried.” - Notices on the MailPoet Emails page:
There are absolutely no banners, notices, or warnings about my account being paused or suspended at the top of the Emails page. When I manually triggered a newsletter, it simply stuck at 0/1 (0%) with a “Resume” button, and no mail went out.
Since all system connections (Ping-Pong) are successful, the domain is 100% verified, and there is no suspension notice, it really seems like a stuck state or a sync issue on the MailPoet backend API for my legacy account.
Could you please pass this to your technical team to manually check and unfreeze my sending pipeline from your server side?
Thank you!
