I only see two options under Performance Settings:
Raise memory limit
Raise execution time
I don’t see Rewrite Titles to Enabled option in the settings.
I do have the Use Original Title set as disabled.

Why would it be?
I have a similar issue and if I go to AIOS General Settings there are only 3 items under Title Settings:
Rewrite Titles: Enabled Disabled
Capitalize Titles: Checkbox
Capitalize Category Titles: Checkox
There is no Title Format Fields anywhere that I can see.
What am I missing?
