Only the mail is still a little problem because is not arrived but i don’t know if i have to install and configure a separate plugin to able my site to send mail. Anyway is not a big problem for me in this moment.
Now, if you want, i’d like to add some useful options about show management. I try to explain my needs and if you want you can work on it and i’ll very happy to test it.
About the shows, could be useful to add a date when the show disappear. I mean could be useful to add a “death” date and hour after that all sales and booking are closed. For example i close booking and sales four hours before the event. In this way i can export CSV and i can prepare an excel file to manage people arrive.
An other important feature could be have filter on bookings. In this moment i can search for name/email. I cannot filter for show. This could be useful when a show is passed. So i can delete all bookings of old show with a few click.
I would like to once again highly commend you for the support and the speed of your work.

The booking steps are perfect but you can do a best effort on other points.
For example: if you see the seats plant on the test page, you will notice that the first line starts from number 4. This is because there is no options to change values on a single seat.
When the booking is confirmed, it goes in “pending” status. Not a real problem

When i extract CSV from the panel in the CSV are missing very important information about the seats choosed during booking phase and if the user inserted some notes, no notes are reported in csv file.

I hope to help you to do a best plug in. Just a curiosity. I see that the event photo is blank. Is there a place where i can insert the event photo?

i tried the export feature ad is working but to use your “export format” i need to re-work the file just to adapt the file to my excel spreadsheet. But this work is in charge to me.
In your reply you mentioned “reserving seats without immediate payment” as an extended Pro features and you mentioned “cinema-style layouts and the advanced seat hold system”. Can I have a chance to try those interesting features in free mode for a while?

i solved this problem manually. After adding the performances, you need to go to the “price” section and manually add the ticket prices. In this way all performances will show in the sales page.
