These changes in the correct php.ini fixed it.I’ve found the problem. I’m using a server managed by plesk and plesk uses a different php.ini. I had changed the php.ini files in /etc/php but I needed to change the php.ini in plesk, which is located in /opt/plesk/php/7.4/etc/php.ini

It seems like your plugin is looking for certificates it probably cant find.
Where does your plugin expect the certificates to reside on the server?
My hosting company is pointing at the plugin’s code btw.
