In reply to: [Website LLMs.txt] How to remove /ai-sitemapHi @jinsley8 ,
Thanks for your question!
The /ai-sitemap page is automatically created to help AI tools discover your public content via a readable llms.txt sitemap.
If you’d like to remove it, here’s what you can do:✅ Option 1: Delete the Page
Go to Pages > All Pages, search for “AI Sitemap (LLMs.txt)”, and delete it like any other page.⚙️ Option 2: Prevent It from Being Recreated
In the latest version of the plugin (v5.0.7 and up), there’s a setting to disable auto-creation:
- Go to Settings > LLMs.txt
- Uncheck “Create AI Sitemap page automatically”
- Save changes

In reply to: [Website LLMs.txt] Is Yoast SEO or Rank Math or AIOSEO necessary?Hi @blozzle ! The plugin will work perfectly fine even if you don’t have Yoast SEO, Rank Math, or AIOSEO installed. 😊
The mention of those plugins simply means that our plugin is compatible with them and can adapt to how they manage SEO settings — especially when it comes to things like excluding pages from indexing. But it’s absolutely not required to have any of them installed for the plugin to function correctly.

In reply to: [Website LLMs.txt] Sitemap file not found errorHi @scot184 ,
Thanks for the heads-up!
The issue with /llms-sitemap.xml returning a 404 has been resolved in the latest version of the plugin (v5.0.5). We’ve ensured that the sitemap now returns a proper 200 OK status header and is fully compliant with XML standards, so tools like Semrush should be able to crawl and validate it correctly.
Feel free to update to the latest version and test it again. Let us know if you still encounter any issues — happy to assist!
Best,

In reply to: [Website LLMs.txt] Une évolution naturelle du référencementMerci beaucoup pour ce retour si pertinent @baptisterey @cruzmoyano 🙏
Tu as parfaitement résumé notre vision !

In reply to: [Website LLMs.txt] AIOSEO?Hi @luksz @cruzmoyano !
Yes, absolutely — support for AIOSEO has been added in the latest version of the plugin 🎉
Posts marked with noindex or nofollow in AIOSEO are now correctly excluded, just like with Yoast SEO or Rank Math. So you can safely use the plugin with AIOSEO without any issues.
Let us know if you have any questions or feedback!

We’ve removed all shortcodes, and the plugin now automatically cleans up shortcodes used by the WPBakery plugin.
As for WPML support — it’s on our roadmap, and we’ll let you know as soon as it’s implemented.

In reply to: [Website LLMs.txt] Cache Management FeaturesHi @scot184
The Cache Management feature is primarily used to clear permalink cache. This is especially important right after the plugin is first activated, as it ensures that the necessary rewrite rules are registered so the llms.txt file becomes accessible via a proper URL.
It’s not related to the site’s main sitemap or general caching — it specifically helps with LLMs.txt availability and routing by resetting WordPress rewrite rules and ensuring everything is properly flushed

In reply to: [Website LLMs.txt] No LLMS.txt file found in root directoryHi @rschulte,
Thanks for reaching out and reporting this!
To better understand the issue and help you resolve it quickly, could you please provide the following:
1. What hosting provider are you using?
2. The exact error message or PHP error log (if available)
3. Alternatively, a link to your website — this will help us check which plugins are currently active and may be causing a conflictThis information will help us debug the issue much faster and determine why the llms.txt file wasn’t generated properly.
Looking forward to your response!

In reply to: [Website LLMs.txt] File format not supportedHi @rijsz88 !
Thanks for your message
The error you’re seeing is expected — llms.txt is not a sitemap and is not intended to be submitted to Google Search Console.
This file is designed specifically for AI crawlers (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Perplexity, and not for search engines like Google. That’s why Search Console shows:
❌ File format not supported
At this time, Google Search Console does not support llms.txt, but support from major search engines or AI platforms may be introduced in the future as the ecosystem evolves.

In reply to: [Website LLMs.txt] v4 ok but new v5 not generating a llm fileHi @corpconv
Thank you for your feedback 🙌
The issue with the empty llms.txt file has been fixed — it now correctly includes posts and pages (unless marked as noindex in Yoast or Rank Math SEO).
Please update the plugin to the latest version and it should work as expected ✅
Let us know if the issue persists!
