@danieliser Thank you for your quick response. I have posted on their support forum as well but haven’t heard yet. In the meanwhile I switched to Google Forms because I needed to complete the website urgently. But Thank you for your quick communication and a rocking plugin. 🙂

Just solved it. Don’t know why the default values were filled with some gibberish text. Gave it proper pixel values and it is working fine now. 🙂
