    Hi Cubecolor,

    I did checkout the purchase options and it seems there main website is down for 2 days.
    And my website is live so could’nt wait.

    I’ would be thankful if you could figure this out and help me as this is live website and the page is so displayed now.

    Would’nt mind paying for your services if you are willing to help me with this.

    Hi Mark,

    I’ve posted a query under name # sams_nk

    Could’nt figure out how to reach you, hence reaching out from here.

    It’s similar to you “Increase Number of Columns on Edit Post screen”

    I spent countless hours but could’nt resolve it.

    I would appreciate if you go through my post and reply.

    Thanks Cubecolor,

    Yes you are right. It’s UDesign theme.

    However, cannot get through membership as it requires –

    ThemeForest Username and Item Purchase Code which are gone with our ex-developer.

    I”ll try to get this support somehow.

    Is there any way to rectify this issue, I do have access to UDesign and other areas of my site.

    Hi Alchymth,

    Thanks for the reply.

    Actually the theme is done by our ex-developer and he is not in touch with us.

    I think I can get a backup copy from my hosting providers, though I have ‘nt taken the backup myself.

    Two weeks back it was ok, it’s only that I added SEO keywords and tags for some pages and later I noticed the display has changed.

    What could have went wrong and anyway if we can get it back using the old backup.

    Appreciate your help.
