Worked out this one too after a while….turns out if the event falls under 2 categories it takes the colour of the first alphabetically.
I had put “All” so that people could filter what they wanted and still go back to the main calendar easily. I changed this to “View All” and it is now at the bottom alphabetically.
Perhaps consider a “view all” button as standard and then this wouldnt have been an issue.

Ok, after some testing I’ve found that the problem with the loading was that too many of my events repeated ‘forever’.
However, I would still like a guide on how to correctly colour code the calendar…at the minute I’m adding colour to the categories, but this is not changing the link colour in the calendar.
Is there a way to get this to affect the link colour – as in all the screen shots of this plugin I’ve seen.
