When my costumers check out at the shop. They can click on a checkbox that they want to stay informed about latest news etc. This box was automatically there, from my shop installation. But I do not know if this is connected to MailPoet, or how I can adjust that these costumers who agree to this check box, get the confirmation e-mail where they can click on the link to subscribe to the newsletter (how it is mandatory, as I understood so far) 🙂

thanks for your message. It turned out that the same issue is also happening with stripe “sofort Bezahlung”. Additionally, sometimes only one part of the order is canceled (one product) and the rest is ok, even though the customer has payed the whole order.
Do you have any further tips? I am very confused especially about the partwise cancellations?
