Hi @ecommpower
There is no need to publish the same here and on our official forums.
We have already read your post on our forums, and we will give you an answer there soon.Best Regards,
Salva.I see.
But, in my opinion, the solution here is not bypassing those critical errors.
At that point, retrieving false when an ATUM order is instantiated is not what we are expecting, and bypassing the error as you suggested will break the expected functionality silently…
We had this issue with object cache in WP Engine, that’s why we asked you about it.
And, in the last version, we have tried to fix it by disabling the cache when an ATUM Order (PO, Inventory Log, etc) is instantiated.
To try this, go to ATUM Settings >> Advanced and enable the “Disable ATUM’s object caching” option and save. And please note that this does not disable ATUM’s cache entirely—only the ATUM Order caching.
We asked a WP Engine user with object cache enabled to test this solution and it worked for him.Anyway, we have added the “extra” check to avoid errors like these. Not only to that line but to all places where the ATUM order object is being compared with a wp_error. This will be included in the next version.

Hi @headwall
One question: Are you hosted on WP Engine?

Salva.Good to know!

In reply to: [ATUM WooCommerce Inventory Management and Stock Tracking] Inventory by dateHi @mistercode
There is no way to get inventory quantities on a specific date in the past because WooCommerce only stores current quantities.
What we have is the Action Logs premium add-on that logs every change that happens in your WooCommerce and you can check when the stock of a specific product changed at a given date and review the stock that it had by then. But that’s not a list or report as you mention.

Salva.Hi @davidrentgi
FYI, ATUM does not send any email notification on its behalf.
The email notifications are all sent by WooCommerce (including the low stock notifications). So I’d suggest you ask this to WooCommerce support instead as it has nothing to do with ATUM.

In reply to: [ATUM WooCommerce Inventory Management and Stock Tracking] Database ErrorVery weird…
It must be something specific to you configuration or data because you are the only user with this issue.
But, in order to figure out the cause, we need more info. Can you please open a private ticket and attach your PHP error log there?

In reply to: [ATUM WooCommerce Inventory Management and Stock Tracking] Issue with updateYes, it seems there is an issue in wordpress.org
If you download the development version from the dropdown available here:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/atum-stock-manager-for-woocommerce/advanced/
It works.
You’re welcome!
Hi @tonnick0033
I don’t think WP All Import is able to import/export all the ATUM data.
We have a premium addon for that purpose.Best Regards,
Salva.I cannot figure out what could be causing that.
Can you please open a private ticket and we will investigate it?https://stockmanagementlabs.ticksy.com/
Best regards,
Salva.
