I have a reader who is having trouble subscribing. She is not getting the confirmation email. I recall that I was told last year that if she had tried to enter her email address once, she could not enter it again for several months.
The email address of the subscriber is lsaintlaurentwilson@hotmail.com
Is there a way of helping me to allow her to subscribe?

I am having a bit of a different, but related problem. I got an email from someone who was trying to subscribe to my site. She entered her email address and was told she has successfully subscribed. All she needed to do was wait for the activation email. She never got one.
Her email provider is in Canada. @rogers.com
I did a test, setting up an email account with an @rogers.com address. I entered my subscribe request and was told I was successful and to wait for an activation email. I never got one.
Then I tried, using another email address I have with an @gmail address. I got the activation email.
Is it possible wordpress is blocking @rogers.com addresses?
I am having Rogers look into this and they are telling me it is a wordpress issue, but that seems strange.
