Hey @jamesosborne
Thanks. I uninstalled and then reinstalled it. This worked. Appreciate your time.
Hey @jamesosborne
I have checked with the hosting as well. They asked me to deactivate W3 cache and iThemes and I have tried doing both and the error is still there. So I’m back to you now if you have any other steps to follow.
Regarding the other website thing, I’m already hoisting another website with the same hosting provider and don’t have any issues with that one.

Hey @jamesosborne
I have checked the first 2 points and I am only encountering the error “There has been a critical error on this website” in the Sitekit and in no other place including the settings > Permalinks page. I have also tried deactivating and re-activating but the error is still occurring.
I have asked the hosting support guys to update on any additional rules if there are any. So once I get an update, I will also fwd it to you.
Hey @jamesosborne

Hey @jamesosborne
1. The error is showing in Sitekit Summary, Dashboard Overview page, Search Console, Analytics and Page Speed and Experience section at the bottom of the Dashboard Overview page.
2. When I deactivate the Analytics module, the Search Console and the Page Speed and Experience section are still showing the same error.
Hey @jamesosborne
I just checked again and the Site Health is good. Also, there are no notifications or anything in the Site Health area. It just says “Great job! Everything is running smoothly here”.
I can’t attach a screenshot with this msg otherwise I would have surely done it for your assistance. Do you need me to share the site health data again?
Hey @jamesosborne
I followed the steps as you said.
Opened the dashboard in incognito mode, installed the plugin, started troubleshoot, enabled the Sitekit with all other disabled, and then went to Sitekit dashboard but still same error.
Hey @jamesosborne
I haven’t enabled System Tweaks. But still, for the purpose of confirming, I just enabled it and then disabled it, purged the cache, and then checked the Sitekit and it is still giving the same error.
