problem solved. after enabling “Strip response cookies on pages that should be cached”.

in the second picture you can see that only the padding was set to 20px, but not the margin.
I was able to change the problem with the following code.

.widget-area .sidebar-box {
     background-color: #fff;
     padding: 30px;
     margin-bottom: 20px!important;
}
