(@fionalamb) folder’s name should be wp-chatbot rename it to wp-chatbot-disabled
For sure web services or host porviders will switch PHP just for me 🙂
(@fionalamb) do you have ftp access to your site? If do you can navigate to plugin folder of wordpress copy and than look for that chat bot folder and rename it chat bot-disabled it should work.

Newest version o wp. Same issue but i manged to switch off the plugin so my site is working. Is this error caused by php memory limited capicity or htacces file?
