Please make sure you’re running the latest version of the plugin – the notes feature was added in a recent update.
If you haven’t updated yet, that’s likely why you don’t see it.

Once updated:

1. Open any product → Inventory History tab
2. Each row has a small icon in the Notes column – gray + to add, blue pencil to edit
3. Click the icon, type your note, hit Save Note Let me know if the issue persists after updating.
