I found the solution.
Had to go into phpMyAdmin->wp-options and change siteurl to the same one as my Site Address.
Now everything works.
Only difference I see is that it doesn’t work when maximized but works perfectly when not.
Might be just the version of Chrome I’m using (I’m using DEV version).
