I have checked your site page(http://data-flair.training/testimonial/) and found that, your are not using Testimonial slider as you are using on page http://data-flair.training/
You need to add all your testimonials into Testimonial custom post type, add those in slider. Once slider is created use slider shortcode or template tag to add slider on front end.

You can create 3 different types of sliders with Smooth slider 1. Recent post slider 2. Category slider and 3. Custom slider. Can you please tell me which type of slider you are using?
You can exclude particular post by adding Expiry date. Go to Edit section of post => at bottom, you will find post meta box of Smooth slider => Advance tab => Expiry date => put date and update post. Screenshot attached.

There are many scenarios for Internal Server Error. But specific to Documentor, please check if you are adding a shortcode in page or post which is already added in the documentation of Documentor then Internal server error may occur. Sometimes this error can happen if you are exhausting your PHP memory limit.
