@khungate – thats great, but what I wanted to do was to add a tag ‘specific’ to the products that the subscriber orders, not just that the subscriber came from this website, does that make sense?
So for me, if one subscriber orders the ‘Core Skills’ course, they get the tag ‘Core’ and if one orders the fundamentals course, they get the ‘fundamentals’ tag.
Is that possible?

HI @khungate
OK, so an audience has tags so that I can subdivide them when I want to send a mailout. In this instance, i have three courses on woocommerce and I just want to have the tag for each added to mailchimp if the subscriber has purchased that product.
1) Within Mailchimp I have added the available tags (although I found them in audience>Settings>Tags)
2) I have added a tag to each product in woocommerce that is the same as the one on Mialchimp
I don’t seem to have the tags added in mailchimp when i synch the database.
Thanks
