The scrolling has been solved but now every page keeps loading infinitely:

It doesn’t happen on your other themes or other websites. Only on Sirat.
It doesn’t seem to be happening on windows, but it does happen on my macbook pro with mojave (on chrome and safari). I’ve uploaded a video of the problem:
