Hi Jeremy
I’ve contacted my host to increase the memory and everything is working again 🙂
Jetpack is connected to WordPress.com and I’ve got my stats and subscribers back.
The backend doesn’t load in basic HTML any longer.
Thank you for all your assistance thus far!
I’ve deleted the WP Statistics plugin, kept all other plugins deactivated and reactivated Jetpack only.
Unfortunately, I still cannot connect to WordPress.com, gives me this error:
Your website needs to be publicly accessible to use Jetpack: site_inaccessible
Error Details: The Jetpack server was unable to communicate with your site [HTTP 500]. Ask your web host if they allow connections from WordPress.com. If you need further assistance, contact Jetpack Support: http://jetpack.me/support/I also can’t even go to the “settings” for Jetpack as it gives me this:
You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.
My PHP memory allocation is 128MB (I checked on my CPanel under PHP Configuration).
Hi Jeremy
I’ve deactivated every single plugin I have and my dashboard is now showing fine. I am going to deleted, download and reinstall each one soon.
Will this sort out my Jetpack issue?
Hi Jeremy
I’ve asked my host and this is what they’ve sent to me:
Below is the error logged last on the admin Error_log.
[29-Sep-2014 07:37:12] PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function get_option() on a non-object in /home/saajid1/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-statistics/wp-statistics.php on line 104
Regarding the dashboard and the SEO Plugin, unfortunately, it’s now showing in basic HTML on my Mac 🙁
Hi Jeremy
I don’t have a “Disconnect from WordPress.com” option on my end. Everything’s still loading in basic HTML on Windows (loads fine on my Mac once I’ve deactivated the WordPress SEO plugin). At the top and the bottom of the Jetpack page I see a “Connect to Get Started” option. Which doesn’t work, gives me a 500 error.
I’ve sent the issue info to the Jetpack Debugger module last night.
Holding thumbs for a speedy fix.
Thanks.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Jetpack Stats is not workingI have the exact same problem! I upgraded to WordPress 4 and updated most of my plugins, including Jetpack.
I’ve lost all my subscribers, stats and everything on the back end is loading in like basic HTML format.
I have tried deactivating and re-activating certain plugins to see what the problem was. Nothing worked. My dashboard looked normal and was functioning fine yesterday. A few hours later it switched back to a basic view.
