Our intention was to display it in the whole dashboard so that everyone, even those who are just updating the plugin, can view the news of the new Mobile app for POST SMTP that we have introduced. But we admit that it was a mistake on our part to make it so, and due to the dismiss option malfunction, it became the cause of frustration for our users. We have learned from this experience, and we will not repeat it in the future.
We appreciate your understanding and support for our plugin. We are glad that you find the new mobile app interesting and useful. We are working hard to improve our plugin and add more functionality and features for our users. We are also open to suggestions and requests from our users, so please feel free to share your ideas with us.
Also, @benzin147 as you have mentioned that you are a MainWP user, we have some good news for you. For the past few months, we have been working with the MainWP team to add support for the POST SMTP plugin so that our users can manage SMTP on multiple sites from a single MainWP dashboard and can view and manage the logs of all sites from the parent site. We are all done and waiting for the wp.org team to publish the POST SMTP extension for MainWP.

Thanks for taking time to share your feedback and pointing out the issue. We have good news for you. We are about to release our new 3 step wizard in few weeks which is going to ease out things for our users.
We would love to have you as beta tester if you are interested to contribute to the future of POST SMTP with further feedback.

I’m not clear exactly what you are trying to achieve here, but one thing I would like to point out is that modifying plugin code carries some risk, and it’s essential to be cautious and well-informed when making such changes. Additionally, maintaining custom code may require ongoing effort to ensure compatibility with plugin updates and other system changes.If you only want to track the emails, you can simply use
wp_mail_succeededhook.

Hope you are doing good. Just to share some technical explanation, We are using DataTables library in our new logs section with custom table, which can handle thousands of logs with search and ajax pagination without an extra load time, one of the missing and most requested functionality.
Our log page is separate and independent where no other plugin/extension build on standards is suppose to interfere our ajax calls. In your case, as you have already identified, it is either Learndash or one of its extension (as you do have few of them) which is conflicting with the logs ajax calls.If still you want to dig a bit more, please create a ticket on our technical support channel so that we can connect you directly with our Technical team.

We do understand that you do have a real/working email with double “@” but there is no possibility to by pass global validation standards on our end.

As per their current status, they are still having issues in some regions which may take some time.

Hope you are doing well. Just for your information recently it was reported by one of our users that the latest update of All in one SEO triggered this issue. Deactivating All in one SEO did resolved this issue.Just wanted to confirm if you are using All in one SEO as well?
