Email not validating

    I am trying to set up using this email: sbo@@sd19.bc.ca It keeps saying enter a valid email though in the setup wizard. How can I set this up?

    Hello I did reply to this VIA email but incase you did not recieve that, yes this is a valid email for a school board in British Columbia Canada. We have 6 sites within this domain structure. Please let me know when you have a fix

    Hope you are doing good. We can confirm that this is not a valid email address as per global standards.

    We do understand that you do have a real/working email with double “@” but there is no possibility to by pass global validation standards on our end.
