@digitalchild SIR i have installed and tried placing test order. and checked lots . its not even showing only 4 email entries for that order . two emails sent to our store address and two sent to our customer. We process payments manually so there are 4 emails but vendor email not showing up in logs.
@digitalchild yes sir i have enabled emails in settings. installed wp mail log plugin. do i need to wait till i get new order or can i check something now ?
@rynald0s i have two sites where i checked that site have 5.6.30 and another site i have is 5.6.39
5.6.39 on another site. this one i tried on site with 5.6.30

@digitalchild sir can you please help me. my vendors are not at all receiving emails for sales. plus they cant even see total earnings for them on their vendor dashboard. Just a table with order numbers and amount. they have to calculate total manually. and every time they need to login and access vendor dashboard as they dont receive emails for that. please help me.

sorry there is an update its something strange. i have added one product today and its link is sent when i marked order as completed. have issue with only two products in my store which’s links are not being sent. i am using dropbox as my file hosting and have installed plugin WooCommerce Dropbox 1.1.1
all other links are being sent only two products have issue. have checked everything and its completely fine. no idea whats going on.
no one can help me?
