Do you have the emails enabled under WooCommerce > Settings > Emails ?
Are all other emails working for your system? Can you Install WP Mail Log plugin to see if the emails are being triggered?

@digitalchild yes sir i have enabled emails in settings. installed wp mail log plugin. do i need to wait till i get new order or can i check something now ?
@digitalchild SIR i have installed and tried placing test order. and checked lots . its not even showing only 4 email entries for that order . two emails sent to our store address and two sent to our customer. We process payments manually so there are 4 emails but vendor email not showing up in logs.

Are you saying that your emails are sending again? Was it possibly an issue with your hosting for some reason?
