Thanks for your help. I checked using Tag Assistant in an Incognito window, as you suggested.
I can confirm that I now see the “add_to_cart” event when adding a product to the cart. I also see the page_view event for my Google Analytics tag.
However, my original issue is that add_to_cart and purchase have not been appearing in my GA4 reports since June, despite actual activity on the store.
So it seems that the events are now being detected by Tag Assistant, but I’m still not sure why they were not appearing in GA4.
Could you advise what I should check next?
