Where do I find the FTP Program or cPanel access? Is it through the hosting service that hosts my website?
I checked the public_html page and the page wasn’t found but it did show me that I did successfully login. I could see the admin panel above and that I had 30 comments to approve but when I clicked on any part of the panel it gave me the same error: the page isn’t working http 500 error. In other words, I can login and view my website like a normal visitor but I can’t access any of the admin panel.
No access at all because I can’t login it just gives me an error.
