stop using pirated themes, they are full of malware. 😛
or manually comb through your files and find any base64 encoded lines, usually sneakily hidden in js scripts.
If you like a theme, buy it!

go to plugin folder via ftp and delete any redirect plugins you have. You will then be able to login as usual. So login with new url, and change settings, general > wordpress url to the new url you just logged in from. then you can reinstall the login redirect plugin and everything should work fine.
