1. Open form fields;
2. Add third “dummy” field. Save;
3. Form appears. Than I delete third field and save again.For some weird reason this helps me.
I was experiencing the exact same issue. This helped me.
Issue resolved, it was theme update issue. I had to use Visual Composer to reinsert the blog according to the theme creator.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] page forwarding not workingUPDATE: The redirect was not functioning because of an error inside a seperate plugin called “Logo slider”. I used firebug to track errors in the console and it showed me an error with this plugin even though not enabled on the forms page even.. SOLVED!

I’m not hosted on GoDaddy. I receive the emails however the redirect is no longer functioning, and nothing was changed.
