Apparently this was only breaking the “Test Connection” link, actually uploading the content still works.
That helps, but interestingly enough, there isn’t a “domain” key listed in either the working or broken site configs. The cdn.cf.id is set correctly in both.
Both sites are using WP 4.0 and W3TC 0.9.4, btw.
