If you’re using a newer PHP version, it should work fine as long as your WordPress setup and other plugins/themes are also compatible.

Just wanted to share an update, we’re currently working on the SSB 7.0 release, which will include more social buttons, a refreshed dashboard UI, faster performance, and improved styling.I’ve also noted your request regarding the share counts issue, and we’ll address this fix in the upcoming release.
