First, let me say, I am completely illiterate when it comes to these types of computer issues.
When I read the instructions you provided, the ones I understand seem to require me to be signed in so I can perform the steps as an administrator. If this is true, I can’t access my database because I can’t sign in.
Is there a way to access my database without having to sign in? If those instructions are in the link you provided, would you please tell me, specifically, which ones they are?
