    Hi Support,

    After so many research, we have found the solution of this issue by downgrading the wordpress version 5.3.2 from 5.4.2 because installed gutanberg version was not compatible with wordpress 5.4.2.

    So until gutanberg will release the updates of this issue with the compatible wordpress upgraded version. We should use wordpress downgraded version i.e. 5.3.2.
