In reply to: [TablePress - Tables in WordPress made easy] Site goes dead on update to 1.4I’m curious how this issue was resolved; I’m getting the exact same issue, and increasing the memory limit doesn’t work. The issue seems to be an incompatibility with my SFTP update support plugin; my host requires SFTP for all updates, so it’s not optional. I can have either the SFTP update support plugin or the TablePress plugin active, but not both at the same time, or else the issue recurs.

No, I updated it for the other site–writingcenter.uci.edu–and then quickly rolled back to 1.7.10 when I saw it wasn’t working. I tested with the default settings upon installation (3 columns & 90 for width).

The other site (http://writing.uci.edu/) still has the issue, or will have until my colleague can get to it. Might compare the two CSS versions and hopefully find one that works.
