It is now 1 week since i ordered and paid $200 for Linux server optimization and plugin configuration.
Will clear some work and then proceed with a Paypal Dispute

It has been 1 day short from 1 week ago that i ordered, and so far basically NOTHING has been done apart from 2 new plugins that was installed on my site.
The plugin ( W3TC ) is exactly as it was a week ago and nothing has been done on my server either.
At this time i am not very impressed with the way these guys conduct business –poor communication, lack of responsibility and not fulfilling orders

Received some emails from Willie with recommendations and suggestions. And this alone has already improved performance.
I will update my server performance pre and post the paid optimization and then a final feedback once all are completed.
Just glad things finally started to move forward

@jrf — Thank you very much, the fix worked for me.
After posting the above review i was contacted by the Customer Support Manager, who apologized about the billing issue, and explained how the system work.
The Customer Support Manager corrected the billing problem on my account and my service is active again.Unfortunately WordPress does not allow me to delete or edit my original review so i am posting the follow up.
All in all i believe Clickdesk is the best chat support for WordPress, it’s features by far exceed that of it’s rivals, and i will continue to use it for a long time because despite the occasional billing issues i am happy with the service itself.
I would change the star rating to 5 stars if WP allowed me to edit it.

The WooCommerce Customer Relationship Manager, extension is not compatible with WC 2.1.0, when i deactivate that extension all worked fine and i can add order notes.
Support center screenshots above speaks for themselves with regards to response time….

Yes there might be 40 emails but some were complementing you, giving suggestions and pointing out mistakes like the hour which was not updating or the missing 56 minute in scheduling. Maybe if you responded to the tickets there wont be all the emails
Dude, u must be mistaking me for someone else.
I have 7 support tickets, of which 3 remains unanswered since 2 weeks or longer.
Please post a screen shot of the support tickets where f word was used or any cursing — you are lying !!!!
