I see strange problem, I do Upgrade Automatically, and:
I see info:
Can’t copy file: ……/wp-content/upgrade/core/wordpress/wp-trackback.php
but
I repeat upgrade : error the same
so I repeat upgrade : error the same
I repeat upgrade and everything is OK,
I changed nothing between upgrade.

wp_list_categories I think I can use when I want to display category of post not links
