I think it’s a plugin because now on the stage site the coupon is correctly working and so shippings. Yaaaaay. Now I will procede to reactivate one by one and see which one is the problematic.

Yes, I made the coupons under WordPress Dashboard → Marketing → Coupons
I noticed the problem with one of our oldest coupons (5 euros as welcome reward for who subscribe our newsletter) but I saw there’s the same problem with che code I created to check the situation.
You can use this: codiceprova (our store ships only to Italy, you may use an Italian address)

no, the coupons do not have the “Allow free shipping” flag. Also, I have a plugin on that remarks how much the order needs in order to get free shipping on Cart page and it is working correctly. And the name of shipping modality correctly appears, but the amount (6€) in missing at the checkout. It is like it is missing a line…
