    Hi Adam

    Checked all that and it’s exactly as your screenshots….
    ie – Product – No shipping Class, then all variables “Same as parent”

    The 3-Prong spinner class is the only one we have and basically adds an extra £10 on top of usual shipping

    Hrm. This is really odd, you’re correct, it added the shipping to that address.

    I also tried “Unsure” in the variable option and got the correct shipping charge, but as you can see from the image below, how did this customer manage to by-pass the shipping then?

    I have a feeling it is since we switched that particular product to be “Variable” ie. American, British, etc.

    Was there a setting I missed that perhaps links variable products to flat rate shipping?

    I didn’t even realise that plugin was installed as it came with the Woocomerce plugin. Have de-activated it and done a dummy checkout and that seems to have brought the number through on the order.

    And now it’s asking to upgrade to 3.6-en_US with still no sign of the UK version.

    In all previous WordPress updates the UK version tended to follow a couple of weeks after the US one.

    I’ve been holding off updating for ages, but my various Security Plugins are screaming at me to update….
