I followed your advice and used the WP Mail Logging plug-in to determine that our mail provider is indeed throttling the amount of mail.
This is new for this provider, but fortunately, it also gives you the option to check a box indicating that you also send newsletters.So the problem is solved, and it wasn’t your wonderful Newsletter plugin at all.

Could that help?Normally, I always receive a report email from my email provider when an email bounces or cannot be delivered.
I will install the WP-logging plugin.
