Thank you so much! This worked perfectly!
Hi is there a reason I’m not getting help on this? Please advise, thanks!
Can I please get a reply on this. Please help as this is now in the realm of Woocommerce plugin for Facebook.
Hi thank you, I was able to resolve the ‘products not in shop’ part of the problem with FB help. However, I am still having some pixel event issues that FB is saying I would need to ask Woocommerce to help troubleshoot.
I had a lengthy chat with FB support where they looked into this issue. These are screenshots of errors I’m getting.

(this says pixels for some events not set up, I don’t know why, but when I navigated to Events manager, I see these in diagnostics:)

https://www.loom.com/i/1d6ac70eb7ac469581f35a62a4111bb9This is what they have told me:
“AS per checking, we were not able to diagnose the exact issues on the pixel itself as the events are not saved within an Ad Account. What we do see based on the screenshots you have provided earlier is that there is an issue regarding multiple traffic being detected with the same event. It may likely be possible that there is an issue with the pixel codes placed on your website. For this issue, what would be best recommended would be to contact WooCommerce to help fix the codes placed on the website.”
Since the pixel code is something the Woocommerce / Facebook plugin installed, can you help me figure out what is wrong? Thanks!

In reply to: Flooded with WordPress Site Change Lockout emailsEsmi, okay I did some digging and found that I DO have the plugin installed, it wasn’t in the main list and was hidden somehow. I never installed it so I’m assuming it must have come with the wordpress auto install from Bluehost.
Now my problem is not being able to access the SETTINGS part for WP BETTER SECURITY. I get a WordPress error that says : You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page
What could be the problem?
As an example, I cannot get the panel-overlay size to change even if I change it in the galleryview css file! I tried to do it in custom css for my theme, also not working!
Something is overriding the settings and I cannot find the source code, please help!! Thanks so much.

Thank you SO much, I’ve been so perplexed, it was just a mailchimp embed code, and since I didn’t install an actual plugin, I didn’t think to suspect Mailchimp! I went to regenerate the code from Mailchimp website and disabled the javascript function. It worked marvelously.
It worked, everything is back to normal.
*SO PLEASED*And thanks for the kind words Jeff 😀
Here’s what I found I included another problem I’m having to see if there’s any relation between the two:
NextGen’s jquery based add-on, galleryview is not loading:

Thanks Jeff!!!
It’s broken for me too, my single product page gallery view is no longer working and I am getting some sort of jquery error. Haven’t touched any coding files in awhile, so it must be the wordpress upgrade.
This is the firebug error that shows up:
jQuery(“form.product_form”).livequery is not a function
