In reply to: [wpFortify for Easy Digital Downloads] Masking errorHi,
This is an error with our encryption script. Can you post the URL so I can take a look?
Specifically I’m going to be looking for a PHP error on this request: example.com/?wpf-easy-digital-downloads=callback
Hi Mary,
I’ve updated the checkout CSS to fix the scrolling issue.
If you have any more problems please let me know.
Thanks,
BrianFollow up, the issue was due to something with the hosting environment, and could not be reproduced on other servers.
To configure wpFortify you need to have WooCommerce installed and activated too.

In reply to: [wpFortify for WooCommerce] Cannot save custom checkout urlAs a follow up to the email I sent you, I’m going to mark this as resolved.
This bug is limited to just your install, and without access to the host error logs I’m not able to identify the issue.

In reply to: [wpFortify for WooCommerce] Cannot save custom checkout urlHi Josh,
To keep from getting a 404 on redirect you need to use the full URL.
Example: https://example.wpfortify.com

In reply to: My Wp-Admin page "can't be found"Might be a .htaccess issue… try resetting the permalinks.

Did you modify a core file or a template file?
If it was a template file try renaming your template folder to get it deactivated so you can login.
If you modified a core file reinstall WordPress (or replace the modified files).

I have the opposite problem. Copy receipt works but the customer is not getting the email… I’m using PayPal.
