I’ve just installed version 2.1 of the plugin (via FTP) and Editors cannot see the Add Document button but Admins can. Any ideas?

The permalinks are set to a custom one /%postname%/ which works for all the others, such as http://www.purepagesgroup.com/services
Which is why I’m struggling to understand why this one page is playing silly beggars!
