I just installed Ultimate Coming Soon and have the same problem with logging in. If I try to login at the WordPress Address http://www.sitename.com/foldernamd/wp-admin it works, but if I use the Site Address http://www.sitename.com/wp-admin it does not work.

I’m running the latest version of the plugin (0.42.3) and I’m seeing the navigation as a bulleted list, not nice boxes as before. I’m seeing this with and without using a custom template.

I just ran in to this too. I had to select individual pages even though they have categories assigned. Please add page category support.
