Hi. Thank you for replying so quickly. Please forgive my ignorance but I don’t know where to look for those two files. I’m good at quilting but useless at computing. I don’t have any caching plugins. It occurred to me that I updated Updraft Plus last week. I’ve tried to delete it, but I can’t stay logged in long enough for the deletion to work.
Hi, I’ve been having exactly the same problem as fragas123 since last Friday. Reading through the support forums it seemed that I needed more storage. I got that (at enormous expense!) this morning but it has made no difference. I have followed the advice in the reply above, again to no avail. I assume that the ‘redirect’ bit is where the problem lies, but please could someone help me. I’m in despair.
