done i created new template called login….
and appended both the php and html code in this file.
C:\wamp\www\wordpress\login.php
C:\wamp\www\wordpress\wp-content\themes\twentysixteen\login.php
At both the places… !!
My php version is 4.1.14 and may be the required is 5.4+ ……
