There is one line item that is *zero* commission.
In my case the commission rate was N/A (I hadn’t changed the default in settings yet).
So maybe, if there is ONE line item that is ZERO commission payable, the Bulk Change would fail.

I have the exact same problem.
No matter what I select, “cancelled” or “create a payment”, it runs, and then nothing happens. Status remains “pending”.
Any ideas?
This workaround’s worked for me as well, thanks for reporting it.

Either
(1) delete this thread because it doesn’t contribute anything to the plugin, or
