On second thought, the issue is with the header. the effect of it staying on top of the page and the page not being nearly long enough for the header to drop to the actual top (above the top bar with the social icons) makes this twitching occur. lengthening the page fixes the issue for my screen but I’m sure someone with a 1440p screen may get troubles as well.
I’m having the same issue except that for me it seems to alter the page size somehow making the website scroll back up when I try to scroll down to the footer area causing a very ugly jumping page when I give my scroll down wheel a swing. Changing the class didn’t help either.
Ofcourse, should have thought of that but it was late.
