I can confirm on our side that the plugin in either 1.16 and 1.17 version cannot connect anymore to our Matomo server since the update of the latter to 5.11.2 (and the last two minor versions). Had to replace all plugin iterations by setting up the tracking code within each site by other means. Something has changed, either in Matomo or Connect Matomo, that won’t allow the connexion anymore.

It worked like a charm until recently, which is a pity !
