Email is being sent for pass word reset but not or all other activities like registrations, account activation, account deactivation etc. What might be the problem.

Email templates have been already assigned, but still no emails are being sent. I am using SMTP. Teat email is successful, but no other emails are being sent. I am using wordpress multisite.

Thanks for providing the solution, but i also want to change the link when someone is not logged in and he proceeds to view my applied jobs, then a pop comes that you must be logged in, there is a button to login, I want to change the login link of that button also.
Please help me in changing that link also.
